Get ready to teach beginner through to advanced reformer exercises with this comprehensive course. The course breaks each of the exercises down to ensure a solid understanding of the biomechanics and focus and reveals the benefits, target muscles, precautions and modifications of each one. By the end of the course, you’ll be qualified to design a program and teach beginner through to advanced levels.

CANCELLATIONS
14 days prior to the commencement date of the course - a full refund minus an administration fee of $150. No refund will be given to cancellations within 14 days of the course commencement date, but requests to postpone your course date will be considered. Elixr School of Pilates reserves the right to refuse registrations for our courses, cancel or postpone course dates, and will provide a full refund under these circumstances.
